Resumo: Objetivo: descrever os tipos de tratamento da queimaduratérmica de segundo grau superficial na face. Método:revisão sistemática, sem limitação de sexo, cor, idade elíngua, de publicações feitas entre 2012 e 2023 nas basesde dados: Medline, Lilacs, Pubmed e SciELO com unitermos:facial treatment and thermal burn; second degree heat burnand facial treatment; second degree heat burn; seconddegree thermal burn; face termal burn and local treatment;face thermal burn. Resultados: foram encontrados 104artigos, dos quais oito se mostraram pertinentes. Não houvehomogeneidade em relação às formas de tratamento,destacando-se curativos de prata nanocristalina (Acticoat7 TM) e Sulfadiazina de prata a 1% associada à pomadafibrinolítica. Título em Inglês: Local Treatment Of Superficial Second-degree Thermal Burns On The Face: a Systematic Review Of The Literature

Resumo em Inglês: Objective: to describe the types of treatment for superficialsecond-degree thermal burns on the face. Method:systematic review, without limitation of sex, race, age andlanguage, between 2012 and 2023, in the databases: Medline,Lilacs, Pubmed and Scielo with the following keywords: facialtreatment and thermal burn; second degree heat burn andfacial treatment; second degree heat burn; second degreethermal burn; face thermal burn and local treatment; facethermal burn. Results: 104 articles were found, of which 8 wererelevant. There was no homogeneity regarding the forms oftreatment, with emphasis on nanocrystalline silver dressings(Acticoat 7 TM) and 1% silver sulfadiazine associated withfibrinolytic ointment. Enzymatic debridement was superiorto traditional excisional. Conclusion: Treatment requiresa multidisciplinary approach. There is a lack of scientificevidence linking the various treatment options.
